3. Description of Service

Cartego is an AI-powered negotiation co-pilot designed to help car buyers prepare for and navigate dealership negotiations. We provide market pricing data, negotiation scripts, trade-in guidance, and F&I product analysis. Cartego is an informational and advisory tool — we do not guarantee any specific outcome in your car purchase.

4. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the Cartego waitlist is free and gives you priority access when we launch. By joining, you consent to receive email communications from Cartego. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific launch date, pricing, or feature set.

5. Payments & Refunds

When Cartego's paid plans become available, payments will be processed securely through Stripe. All pricing will be clearly displayed before any purchase. Pro Per Deal purchases are one-time payments. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If our product didn't work for you, reach out to .

6. Intellectual Property

All content on cartego.app — including the Cartego name, logo, negotiation scripts, product features, and written content — is the property of Cartego LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Cartego is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information we provide will result in a specific savings amount or negotiation outcome. Car purchases involve many variables outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartego LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to losses related to car purchase decisions made using our platform.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. We recommend reviewing their policies before interacting with them.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Cartego's platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use our negotiation scripts or content for commercial resale without permission, or engage in any activity that could harm Cartego, our users, or our reputation.
